Registering for Grad Night is easy to do online. But if that’s not possible, the Grad Night registration forms below can be printed out. Both forms must be completed and signed by the senior attending and her/his parents. Completed forms should be turned in with payment at the HMBHS administration office. For financial aid, contact Ms. Acosta in the HMBHS office or at 650-712-7200 ext. 5010.
