Late Registration

Online registration is closed but you can still register for Grad Night by following the instructions below.

Instructions for Walk-Up Registration for Grad Night

Important!

All Walk-Up Registration instructions must be followed to be admitted to Grad Night.
  1. Print, read, and fill out the Registration Form (download link below)
  2. Print, read, and fill out the Code of Conduct & Liability Waiver (download link below). Make sure this form is signed by both the student and the parent and that an emergency phone number is provided. Make sure to provide any relevant health information.
  3. Arrive at the Grad Night Walk-Up Registration Line at the IDES Hall between 10:00-11:00 pm June 1st.
  4. Bring the following items with you to the Check-In Line, look for Erin Bautista:
    • Filled out Registration Form
    • Signed Waiver Form
    • $145 in cash or check (made out to HMBHS Grad Night)
    • HMBHS/Pilarcitios Student Photo ID card. This will stay with you during Grad Night.
  5. DO NOT turn in the forms or payment at school. DO NOT give the forms to Ms. Acosta.
